Job Description:

• Plan and execute projects according to scope, schedule, and budget
• Provide leadership and direction for lead technicians, technicians, and subcontractors, and other resources as necessary
• Complete all project documentation and reports in a timely manner while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Collaborate with clients and ensure we “get the hug”
• Maintain vehicle records, warehouse inventory, and equipment manifest
• Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes
• Conduct weekly safety talks and train and develop field staff

Core Competencies:

The Technician will be required to project an approachable and profession demeanor and must also possess:

 

• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to independently lift 50lbs
• Minimum 2 years experience in a management position
• Willingness to engage hazardous material cleanup campaigns and ability to remain in compliance with governing health and safety regulations
• Basic computer skills
• Able to independently lift 50lbs
• A willingness to perform other duties as assigned
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to periodically travel
