Job Description:
- Plan and execute projects according to scope, schedule, and budget
- Provide leadership and direction for lead technicians, technicians, and subcontractors, and other resources as necessary
- Complete all project documentation and reports in a timely manner while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Collaborate with clients and ensure we “get the hug”
- Maintain vehicle records, warehouse inventory, and equipment manifest
- Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes
- Conduct weekly safety talks and train and develop field staff
Core Competencies:
The Technician will be required to project an approachable and profession demeanor and must also possess:
- Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to independently lift 50lbs
- Minimum 2 years experience in a management position
- Willingness to engage hazardous material cleanup campaigns and ability to remain in compliance with governing health and safety regulations
- Basic computer skills
- Able to independently lift 50lbs
- A willingness to perform other duties as assigned
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to periodically travel
